This chicken taco is from an amazing Mexican stand called Mexicali Taco & Co. It pops up five nights a week in an empty parking lot in downtown Los Angeles at the corner of 1st and Beaudry. They specialize in flame-broiled tacos and Vampiros—grilled quesadillas made with with a home-made garlic paste.
