Food Stations
In 2016, renowned Canadian environmental photographer Ed Burtynsky commissioned Bob to create a series of food stations for a 200-person YPO (young presidents organization) event he was curating.
Bob designed and fabricated five food stations inspired by Burtynsky’s iconic photographs, which were used as the backdrop. These inventive tables blurred the boundaries between art and food presentation. The enthusiastic reception inspired TLC (the broadcaster of Bob’s shows in South East Asia) to commission a series of food stations for an event they were hosting at the APOS conference in Bali.
